Summer Roses .....

I have visited Monet's House at Giverny a few times
but never in the summer-time when sweet roses adorn this pretty pink house

This photos was sent to me by a dear blogging friend who visited last summer
and of course has inspired me to make the journey to see it all for myself
I can't wait!!

I would love to visit. It is already on my bucket list and now I know the best time of the year to visit.

Oh i want to have a house front like that, so cool and beautiful. However here in the tropics it would be courting disaster, as the roots will dig in the wall, water will seep in and threaten the strength of the house thru time!

It really is impressive when the roses are in bloom. It is well worth going there in every season and in-between. So much keeps changing in that lovely garden.

I've been in the spring, but never in the summer. This is gorgeous.

What a beautiful photo. Have been to France several times but never visited Monet's House. Must put on by bucket list for my next visit.
