AndrOet ...............

Androuet at the bottom end of Rue Moufftard
crammed with the most amazing selections of cheeses

My choice for the day was " Delice de Bourgogne"
a decadent triple cream cheese - buttery textured and utterly sumptuous
I devoured this with a hunk of crusty baguette
in the nearby little Saint-Medart church yard

Paris and cheese shops. My friend used to get a kilo of cheese rinds for her dog!!! They looked so delicious with heaps of yummy cheese on them, I could have eaten myself. She was one of their best customers, ah well, some people have it all, she and her siblings own a beautiful chateau near Chartre with 48 windows. Just imagine the window tax on that!!

Dear Dianne, Androuet sounds like a pastry-dream! For the key lime pie, you could easily substitute the limes for lemons! Just add a bit of the lemon zest :)
