Red Awnings And A Waft Of Mimosa ....

Red awnings and trailing red geraniums which adorn the prestigious
Hotel Plaza Athénée are reflected through the front door windows
of "House of Caron" an exclusive Boutique perfumery
located on Avenue Montaigne Paris

As I stood near the doorway I could smell the most exquisite
fragrances of tuber-rose, cedarwood and Mimosa
wafting on the morning air.

Sometimes it pays to be
an enthusiastic photographer!

I think I can smell them from here and what a beautiful place! Perfect place to shop for Christmas -- if you have a plump wallet!! Wonderful holiday captures, Dianne!

Une bien jolie boutique, ma foi... Pleine de jolies choses inutiles, mais je n'ai pas à critiquer ce que je n'aurais jamais les moyens de me payer, après tout... 'faut pas être envieux, n'est-ce pas ?

An enticing capture (I am thankful for the sense of smell!). A charming combination of crisp clarity in the shot overall, yet a softness with the candlelights on display in store.

Hi Dianne,

Lovely photographs of a beautiful shop. Also adore your pretty new header with all the sweet pink roses.

Happy Sunday
