Le Notre Dame........

The majestic east end of Notre Dame Cathedral
with it's magnificent flying butresses which span 15 metres

This is the prettier end - being much softened by the
 Square-Jean xxiii Jardin
and Fountaine de L'Archeveche.

Merci for the name of the garden that I adore. When the pink roses are in bloom up next to the church, I get weak! :)_

I love your photograph of the magnificent... Notre Dame.
Such a great name for the supports, the words flying butresses.

My daughter and I stumbled on this garden when we were in Paris last year. She had a lovely time in the playground with some girls visiting from South America. They didn't speak the same language, but managed just the same. I too love this side of Notre Dame.
