A spitz of perfume then a good coffee....

The perfume department in Galleries-Les-Fayette
is an experience not to be missed.
I wandered for hours
a spitz of~ Fleurs d'Orange by Serge Lutens
Amor~ Amor by Cacharel
24 Faubourg by Hermes
a dab of that soft and ever so pretty
Osez-Moi ~ by Chantal Thomass

then mozzied on over to the to the
Cafe Malongo Coffee Bar in La Fayette Gourmet,
for an utterly delectable tarte-aux-citron
with the best fair-trade coffee in town.

A tarte citron--my pastry of choice when I'm in Paris. No trip there is complete without one! Drool....

I love the Galeries la Fayette, so much to see there ~ we needed to go back a second day.

Have a happy weekend

When I first saw this place I couldn't believe it was an actual place for shopping. It's gorgeous! Great idea about the perfume sampling ;)

I love this place - it is truly decadent. To just sit and watch people as they browse and the food!
This is definitely on the list! x

When we were in Provence, I must have tasted every tarte-aux-citron from every pâtisserie there. Pure heaven.

I could not be trusted with a credit card in the Galleries-Les-Fayette!
