Looking out my window.... en Provence

What wonderful little vignettes ~ looking out my bedroom window
these messieurs hard at work

beautiful morning~light on the terrace below

rustic teracotta tiles were everywhere
giving that lovely warm glow.
Is it any wonder that the quality of the light
in this beautiful area ~ has inspired
artists like Cezanne & Van Gogh

Just looking at the roofs and greenery is restorative, let alone imagining the rest of the experience. Lovely, Dianne!

No surprise at all that artists are inspired by your area, in fact the whole of France to me is an artist's dream. Dciane

Such wonderful views you have. The architecture, style and colour would be enough to brighten anyone's day. I love the little attic window view - you can see for miles.

Dianne, I love the morning light photo. Everything seems to be drenched in violet. What town are these taken in?
