Beautiful Vence ....

Vence is a quintessential french hill-top village, nestled into the hills behind Nice and Cagnes-sur-Mer - a haven for artists. Many beautiful little galleries abound in the rustic chemins of Vence. The artists Matisse, Chagall & Dubuffet all worked here. "Boulangerie Du Peyra" makes the best ever croissants !!

The small villages behind the coastline are really the nicest; there are plenty of them - most of them less known than Vence!

Having only been to Paris one time, I appreciate these photos very much. We fell in love with France and hope to return before too long! Lovely shots of a lovely place.

Thanks for stopping by The Villages DP and commenting. We appreciate that very much!

Thanks for your comment Dianne. I hope your individual quiche's turn out fine. I left a more detailed reply back on my blog (on the quiche post) regarding the cooking time etc.

So glad you commented because now I've found your beautiful blog! These images are breathtaking :)
